Beginning the Recovery

Jobs get checked in on the same day they arrive and job tickets are prepared detailing the particulars of each recovery. Most work begins within 24 hours upon arriving in our office. Depending upon the services required, most estimates will be available within 48 hours of the technician beginning the work.

We understand that in special circumstances any delay is crucial and we offer same day response for a expedite fee of $250.00. Experience has demonstrated to us that this is a fair fee to immediately begin the recovery work.

A fifty dollar evaluation fee is charged on all non-recovered work. Our technicians actually begin the recovery in order to establish the amount of time and labor it will take to completely retrieve healthy data and finish the recovery. You will be contacted as soon as progress is made.

In some cases repairs are needed internally before data can be recovered. In these cases, clients will be contacted and informed of these conditions.

Fees are as follows; Data Recovery $180.00 per hour. General Labor, $120.00 per hour. On site labor for 2 technicians is $180.00. Travel charges are as follows, minimum charge, $45.00, one hour +, $60.00, out of state minimum, $100.00. Remote support is $90.00 per hour.

Payment is expected upon completion and delivery of recovered or repaired media. Currently we accept most major credit cards, company check or money orders.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturdays by appointment only.

Shipping Specifications

We have regular UPS and FedEx shipments arriving every day. We suggest at minimum, any media being shipped to be wrapped twice it's size in bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy box.

Hard drives should be handled with a awareness for static protection. Drives should be placed inside an antistatic bag before shipping. Reusing the original packing material, and box from the manufacture to ship your media is an excellent choice.

Onsite service rates :

Onsite service- 1 technician $120, 2 technicans $180, travel time $60 plus parking fees. Shop repair rates vary depending on services performed-$75-$180.

PC Drop Off Service is available in Wonder Lake, IL only. All other computer service is onsite at your location, during normal business hours. We do not perform onsite data recovery. For 24 hour emergency operator assistance please call (815) 653-7873.
